What’s Included In The Membership?

One of the main perks of joining our membership is our annual heating and cooling tune-ups. Keeping your system well maintained is the best way to ensure you have reliable heating and cooling throughout the year. Plus, it makes your unit last longer and reduces your energy bills! Our technicians perform a detailed list of services every time we complete a heater tune-up or AC tune-up.

AC Maintenance

• Wash condenser coil
• Dust control box of condensing unit/heat pump
• Inspect Condenser Fan motor for signs of Overheating, Vibration or bearings ware.
• Inspect start components contactor for ware or rattle, capacitor for weak,  swallowing, excessive rust or oil signs.
• Inspect evaporator coil and measure temperature differential*
• Inspect wiring & connections
• Measure refrigerant charge / temperatures SH SC
• Tighten access valves and locking caps.
• Measure voltage and AMP draw
• Flush condensate line and apply condensate drain pan tablets
• Provide Homeowner recommendations

*Evaporator accessible . In the event the coil is plugged and needs to be removed, additional labor will be charged with discount.

Heater Maintenance

• Vacuum burner compartment
• Vacuum blower compartment (no blower removal)
• Inspect heating cycle sequence
• Perform gas leak test
• Perform CO test
• Measure air temperature rise
• Inspect wiring & connections
• Inspect heating elements amperage.
• Activate defrost cycle on heat pump if applicable
• Inspect mechanical integrity of exhaust vent pipe
• Provide homeowner recommendations

Silver Membership Plan

Our Silver Plan provides you with year-round, worry-free protection for only $199 per year. This renews each year and includes two standard maintenance appointments. In addition to your tune-ups, the benefits include:

– Fewer repairs
– Improved capacity
– Plan is transferable

Gold Membership Plan

Our Gold Plan provides you with year-round, worry-free protection for only $289 per year. This renews each year and includes two standard maintenance appointments. In addition to your tune-ups, the benefits include:

– Lower utility bills
– Extended equipment life
– Fewer repairs
– Improved capacity
– Plan is transferable
– No service call fees
– Preferred customer pricing (10 % discount on repairs, system upgrades and accessories).

Platinum Membership Plan

Our Platinum Plan provides you with year-round, worry-free protection for only $369 per year. This renews each year and includes two standard maintenance appointments. In addition to your tune-ups, the benefits include:

– Lower utility bills
– Extended equipment life
– Fewer repairs
– Improved capacity
– Plan is transferable
– Preferred customer pricing ( 15% Off on all repairs, system upgrades and accessories. ).
– No Service Call Fees
– Same day scheduling (if customer calls before 12:00 PM)
