Bravo AC diagnosed my AC system which was losing some of its cooling performance. I discussed the situation with Jorge, the owner. Technician Frank came out, performed testing and thoroughly checked the system, successfully diagnosed the problem and restored the performance. Being the system, installed by Bravo, included a 10 year parts and labor warranty, which I would recommend, I was not charged. Bravo always gives me excellent response and service at a great price.

I went through two major AC companies in San Antonio and had a very hot summer last year. Their employees stated it was simply the design of the house and that in Texas my house simply wouldn't cool the way I'd like it to. After googling around and looking to see who had the best ratings in the city I called Bravo, they informed me that the evaporator coil was leaking. They replaced it, and unlike last summer the house is now cool. The weren't here 20 minutes before diagnosing the reason. I can't suggest using this company enough.

Came out fast on Friday of 4th of July weekend. No charge to check things out. Ended up just being a clogged filter most likely so no charge. Very nice! Will call again if we have issues in the future.
